Pizza is delivered quickly, staff friendly, everything is contactless via the app, everything is great

I ordered pasta for the first time today (Spaghetti Bolognese) and the food came on time as I said on the phone. When I opened the box I got a disgust, it looked like the pasta was 5 days old and was in the fridge, it tasted exactly like that! Never again order pasta from Dominos. Pizza tastes great with them, therefore 2 stars.

Very friendly staff & delicious

Had a bad experience with dominos in the past and when I read through the many negative reviews I was probably not the only one .. but since the last couple of times everything was perfect! Super tasty pizza and the sweet one on the phone really tried hard :) Unfortunately, it was still expensive to deduct a star.

I have to say that we got very tasty pizzas there. They were very well filled and very flavorful. Order online and pick up easily. We recommend!

(I am also nice myself, so some other customers should look into that too!) Your drivers are always friendly and when there is time, you chat for a moment. • Has something been forgotten? My god this is happening. Call! Either you get it delivered or the money is credited to you. • The food is always fresh, always well prepared and we always like to order. • Two or three days ago our meal was canceled, so I called and was nicely told that the orders had taken over. Okay, I can understand, I also ordered at half past ten, if you consider that it closes at eleven, I can understand that. It makes me sad, but in no way diminishes my other satisfaction. • If one of your bosses reads this: Pay your employees more wages! Gastronomy is a lot of work and often ungrateful, but if you have a good team, keep it and pay properly! • About the delivery times: sometimes 30, sometimes 60 minutes. Mostly 30. And a friendly word every time it was 60 minutes. People work there, on the side, full-time, part-time and make an incredible effort. And everyone who works in the catering industry knows that sometimes it is extremely busy and stressful. I'm not angry and if you have to wait a little longer, you won't starve to death. • We will continue to order from you in the future and will always recommend it from the bottom of our hearts! Not even deserved 1 star! The store is always disappointing. Just problems with an order. It's better to go to the branch in Düren and pick it up instead of ordering in Kreuzau. Food should arrive in 30 minutes, instead I get a call in 30 minutes that my order has been canceled.

Dear boss Dominos Kreuzau, we ordered at 10:24 p.m. The order was 4 dishes at a cost of € 50. At 10:55 p.m. we received a call from your friendliest employee (NOT) that the order unfortunately came in too late and Dominos Kreuzau was understaffed. That means Dominis found after half an hour that the end of the day is better than delivering 4 dishes that were received half an hour before the end of the day. The service concept is therefore very important! I have been ordering from Dominos in Kreuzau for two years and work in the service sector myself. Unfortunately, I have already experienced exactly this situation several times at Dominos Kreuzau and now the moment has reached the barrel Brings overflow. Last but not least, I would like to quote the employee on the phone: "Yes, a Google rating is your right, do what you can not do" Here it is: your Google rating! Either I'm just unlucky or the employees in the branch just don't want to work! Sometimes the order takes hours Sometimes baking that seems to be stressed (doesn't taste good) Sometimes we supposedly would not have ordered even though they had paid Sometimes they say after hours that they cannot take the order because "there would be too much to do" (and I'm waiting like crazy for the food ..)

Ordered food before 3 hours ... you are pushed away when you call and if you get through after 10 attempts it just says, "THAT IT COMES SAME". I hope your pillow is warm on both sides. Unfortunately, that was not the first times that something like this happens. In the future, I better order elsewhere.

Really miserable conditions in the store. Loud, aggressive atmosphere. I order the biggest pizza, next time I would rather get one from Aldi which will fill me up more.

I find it sad that you no longer seem to have to deliver. Living 2 places further by car less than 10 minutes driving time. Apparently that no longer belongs to the Kreuzau community. But there is enough competition that your customers catch.
